Landscaping Our Front and Back Yards

This is going to be a long post with a million pictures. So, if you're going to look at it, make sure you have time.

This last Thursday and Friday, we were blessed to get our yard landscaped for a mere fraction of what is was supposed to cost. The difference is truly amazing.

I'm going to start with the front yard because although it looked ok and even better now, it's not as shocking as the back.

We took out that big tree to the left and the bush in the front right. About 4 or more stumps were ground out, ground was leveled, bushes were trimmed, bark dust was laid and sod was put down.

This is a small patch in the front of our house on the other side of our driveway.

And now the back!

When we first moved into our home, this is what was seen when out back.

It was completely overgrown. With the help of many, we were able to get it to look like this. Keep in mind that these are the exact same views. (ok maybe not exact, but pretty much the same areas)

We had stumps, holes, pathways, and roots everywhere...

The side of our house was completely over grown, too.

And here is the before and after of the side of the house.

It is absolutely incredible! I look out the windows and just cannot believe what I am seeing. We just need to wait two more weeks now before we can start playing on it.
