Sucked!! I didn't work out 4 out of the 7 days that week, my diet was just ok, and I'm just not happy about any of it. And on top of all of that, actually I'm sure that this is the REASONING behind all of that, I started my period. Yes, I know, to all of you who thinks that that's "TMI", I'm sorry, but like I said before, I'm not sugar coating anything or hiding anything and that includes that kind of information. In fact, I'm just going to put it all out there.
My starting weight: 208
My current weight: 208
I'm maintaining at least, and not gaining. I guess the only motivation for me this week is that I can squeeze into a size smaller jeans...They're tight, but I got them on and buttoned, as to where before I wasn't able to do that.
In week 2 I lost ZERO lbs. Again. (ok, so technically I lost .1 lbs...but is that really worth counting???)
ON TO WEEK 3!

Carrie--good for you! You are a motivation for me too. The only time that I have weighted as much as i do know is when i walked out of the hospital after I had hunter. From there I lost all of the weight and then some. Over the last 6 months I have gained 20 lbs! I attribute it to stress :) Good Luck and you can do it!
Well...so what if you haven't lost weight. Inches counts too! Plus you are one HOT MOMMA...don't believe me...ask DAVID! Love ya!!!

Don't be too hard on your self. You are doing great and you also have two little ones to take care of. And they want their Mommy to be happy. Keep up the good work and just make a goal on doing better next week.
I know for my self when I down I have a hard time losing weight. When I am happy and doing my best on taking care of my body, my family, and just being happy.
I started seeing my pants were too big, I had lost a pants size. I know you can do it, remember too much stress is not good for your body. Be happy with who you are and before you know it you will be also down a pants size or more.
