1. Where did you first meet your husband? On the temple grounds here in Portland. Our really good friend, John, introduced us. David was on the phone at the time and didn’t even really acknowledge the introduction. I thought he was a jerk who thought he was too good for other people. HA! (I wasn’t there for him anyway :)) Funny how things work out. I love him now!2. How long did you date before you got married? We dated 7 months and then had a 6 month engagement.
3. How long have you been married? We’ll be celebrating FIVE whole years this coming December!
4. What does he do to surprise you? The last big suprise he did for me was the night before Mother's day. He cleaned the whole place so that I wouldn't have to worry about doing anything on that day. Then he hid a 2# box of See's candy under my pillow! YUM!
5. What is your favorite feature of his? His smile…especially when he’s got a go-tee. I’m a sucker for facial hair!
6. What is your favorite quality? I have two, really. One, he gets protective of me and Gabriel. It’s nice to know that if we were ever in danger, David would be right there in the way so we would be safe. Two, I love is his loyalty. Not just to his family, but anyone and/or anything he is passionate about.
7. Does he have a nickname for you? I guess the usual, babe. Mommy, when he’s talking to Gabriel…
8. What is his favorite food? MEAT. A really good quality piece of meat, bbq’d just right with nothing but a little salt and pepper to taste.
9. What is his favorite sport? Soccer, no doubt!
10. When and where did you first kiss? In the downstairs of my mom’s old house. I love that memory. The w.h.o.l.e. story is really cute. But I’m not going to get into it.
11. What is your favorite thing to do as a couple? Camping for sure! We both are just chill and laid back. It’s so nice and we LOVE it!
12. Do you have any children? One 2 year old and one that will arrive January 21st.
13. How old is he? 27
14. What is his favorite music? Metallica, used to be Jack Johnson (not sure if he still loves it like he used to) and he’s been listening to a lot of Death Cab for Cutie.
15. What is his favorite color? He has three…yellow, blue, and green. But if it were just supposed to be one, it would be yellow.
16. Will he read this? I’m not sure if he reads my blogs without me reading it to him. So, David, if you read this, leave me a comment!

Regarding your question about the Roomba...
Linen's and things is going out of business so we rushed out to get one. I am sure that the prices have gone down since we were there but our vacuum was broken so we sprung for it anyways. They run anywhere from $150-$450 depending on what you are looking for in a vacuum. I highly reccommend it!!!
